INTERIOR DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL

BENDCO is well-versed in the interior demolition requirements, beginning with the safety conditions and the techniques of safely removing interior improvements to facilitate the renovation projects.

Prior to the start of any project, the scope of work is reviewed and verified with the owner or the general contractor to insure proper progress of the project. In addition, locations of all utilities are confirmed and verified for deactivation.

During all demolition projects, pre-start and weekly safety meetings are held with workers to continually remind all staff of the need for safety on the project. Supervisors are required to perform daily “walk-throughs” to check for any potential hazards including jobsite cleanliness to provide for additional safety and security.

Prior to completing the project, the project is reviewed again with the owner or the general contractor to verify the completeness of the project and also confirm that the expectations have been met.

BENDCO considers the safety assurance and satisfaction of the owner/general contractor to be of utmost importance and will continue to work towards that goal by diligently improving our work procedures and safety requirements of the project. Critiques of our performance is always sought to aid in the improvement of our work procedures.
